A place to let go! Superb recent architect-designed house, built in the Provencal style, situated in the Luberon nature park with 10x4m swimming pool, secured by an electric shutter, set in 2800 m² of land, 1200 m² of which is enclosed. Built in the Provencal mas tradition by a local architect, this family home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, finely furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. Enclosed and secure grounds, privacy, charm and character, antique furnishings, meticulous decoration, piano, fireplaces. Fully equipped with modern appliances, terraces to the north (for warmth) and south (for breakfast). Starry skies and sunsets every evening, ideal for a quiet, relaxed family holiday in the fresh air and sunshine. Our house is equipped with a large living room, a beautiful kitchen with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms including one with bathtub, 2 toilets, 2 large terraces, one to the south for breakfast and dinner, one to the north for lunch. The house is located in the Luberon natural park, in the middle of a pretty Provencal garden with olive trees, cypresses, laurels and lavender. It is surrounded by a wall or wire fence, perfect for people with pets. View over the Durance valley, dominant south-facing position, beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. Charm, character, authenticity We are in the Luberon natural park, on the south side of the mountain, less than 1 km from the Durance river, where it is very pleasant to swim in summer. Hiking trails go right by our house, and there are walks, cycle rides and horse rides to be had everywhere...
