The house is located in Montefiore Conca, one of the most beautiful small villages in Italy ('orange flag'). A 5-minute drive away is Morciano di Romagna. Also within easy reach are Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino and San Leo. The house is located in a splendid panoramic position, overlooking the sea and hills: it is an oasis of peace and serenity, immersed in nature. The house consists of 4 new rooms, on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The property has a total area of 6000 square metres. On two sides of the house there is a porch that expands the already considerable size of the structure and allows for outdoor living even in rainy weather.
