Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto the private sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs. You can enjoy breakfast here with an extensive panoramic view over the rooftops of the little village and admire the sea bay, or sunsets in the evening. If you arrive by car there is a private parking space right in front of the house. The holiday apartment is on the second floor of the four-storey apartment building, which was newly built in 2004. It consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a USB port and a home entertainment system, a CD player, a radio and a glass dining table with four chairs. The holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the nearest concrete beach, the more vibrant Rozac (about 800 metres away) and Okrug (about 1km away) beaches with sun loungers and parasols. It is only about 500 metres to the centre of the old town with its romantic little alleys, historical sights, interesting shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants with international and Dalmatian specialities.
