Sheltered by the northern hills from the cold mistral and with a southerly view over the wide, well-tended garden, this detached house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and cultural enjoyment. The presence of fragrant herbs and Mediterranean fruit in the garden emphasises the typical southern French flair and makes your stay unforgettable.
Inside the house, you will find 100 m² of living space, complemented by a separate 20 m² studio, which offers ideal conditions for a multi-generational holiday. Traditional architectural style combined with local materials and modern comfort as well as practical amenities such as satellite TV, flat screen, stereo system and a cosy fireplace in the living area guarantee a relaxing stay. An extensively equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an additional WC in the main part of the house as well as a cosy double bed and a shower room in the studio ideally round off the offer.
The outdoor area comprises a 1,200 m² plot for exclusive use and invites you to relax and enjoy. A covered terrace with a large dining table as well as two sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue make for cosy al fresco meals or fun barbecue evenings. In addition, the parking spaces on the wide gravel driveway offer ample parking space.
In the surroundings of our holiday home you will discover a wealth of cultural and nature-related activities.
