The Lustica peninsula with its numerous beaches invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with sporting activities. Mrkovi is surrounded by olive groves on the open sea side and is still largely undiscovered by tourism.
The large terrace is accessed from the living room. Opposite the entrance is the pool in the garden. An external staircase leads from the upper floor to the roof terrace with all-round views of the sea and mountains.
The new house has all the comforts of a new build, but is traditionally equipped and furnished. Each bedroom has its own shower room. In the basement is the large living room with a fireplace for the winter. The rooms are centrally supplied with air conditioning, in winter with underfloor heating via an air heat pump. Right next to the entrance is a small kitchen with electric and gas appliances.

Tower with large viewing terrace Every stone in the house is cut and walled by hand! Great craftsmanship and a tribute to the surroundings! If required, there is also a stone house in the neighbouring village of TICI for 4-6 guests and VILLA VIKTORIA right next door for 4-8 people.
