This comfortable flat has a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 2 metres), a cot (max. 3 years) and a large wardrobe. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for two people, a music system, satellite TV, board games and a high chair. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and various electrical appliances such as a toaster, egg cooker, coffee and bread machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities and a toilet. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures on cold days. The flat also has a small storage room.
The separate entrance to the flat is on the right-hand side of the house. The kitchen leads to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are two private car parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Guests can use the internet connection / WLAN free of charge.
The surrounding area is characterised by many hiking and cycling trails. Most of them can be easily reached in just a few minutes. Pölich is surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Moselle valley. The medieval town of Bernkastel-Kues is approx. 30 km away and the oldest city in Germany: Trier can be reached in approx. 20 minutes via the motorway.
