GITE LA PETITE MAISON SOUS LES PINS
BUNGALOW house of 70m2 living space + room of 40m2 with private HEATED SWIMMING POOL of 5.95 X 3.5 m (depth 1.5m), (water at 29-30°C treated with active oxygen), OPEN from February to the end of November. Use of the pool is totally exclusive to this house. Access to the pool is via the living room or the terrace (enclosed by bay windows and roller shutters). The house comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 shower room with walk-in shower, separate wc.
The house has an attractive wooden facade and large bay windows opening onto a private, enclosed 800m2 garden planted with pine trees, with private parking. Private terrace with garden furniture and gas hob. Large trampoline for children in the garden.
The gite has an INTERIOR SWIMMING POOL for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. It is accessed directly from the living room or terrace and is completely enclosed by picture windows and electric roller shutters. The swimming pool (5.95 x 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m) is heated from February to the end of November and closed from 1 January to 7 February. Adult and children's bicycles are available.
AIX EN PROVENCE with its historic centre is 8km away and the village of PUYRICARD with its local shops is 2km from MARSEILLE and CASSIS (30km).
