This is a holiday home, completely renovated in 2023, in a very quiet location near the reservoir in the Oberrabenstein recreation area in Chemnitz. The approx. 50 m² guest house is located on a 400 m² fenced plot with its own parking space. With a modern furnished living room including a leather corner couch (as an extra bed), it has a 40 inch LCD TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD player, as well as a games console for your children, if desired. There is also an approx. 5 m2 play or sleeping area for another child accessible from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, 4-ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The daylight bathroom with WC and shower has a modern design. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for plenty of storage space. In the entrance area there is a dining area with a view of the forest, and garden furniture and a barbecue are available on the terrace. For our four-legged guests there is of course everything they need, from food bowls to dog baskets and toys! Cancellation conditions: Cancellations and booking changes that are made late as well as no-shows will be charged at 100% of the total price. The house will be re-let after 24 hours if no written notification of late arrival is received. Payment of additional costs and final cleaning is to be made in cash on site. Check-in is only possible for guests who are specified in the booking. Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00. Departure must take place by 10:00 am.
