Welcome to our new property in Alt-Westerland/Tinnum. Our modern, generous townhouse in a green and quiet garden oasis is centrally located in the village centre on a south-facing site.
There is a balcony, as well as a terrace with high-quality seating, a canopy beach chair and loungers. The enclosed garden faces south. A car parking space is available.
The generous holiday house welcomes its guests with a warm and homely atmosphere. It provides around 120m² of space on two floors, a ground floor and upper floor, offering four guests plenty of light, space and a quality of life. The interior features high-quality carpentry and stylish details. You can relax together on comfortable cushions, at the big dining table or on the terrace, in any season. The house has two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a generous living room, a large dining space, a separate kitchen, two shower rooms, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
