This modern holiday flat is located on the second floor of a residential building, only a stone's throw from the beach and offers stunning ocean views from the balcony. The 45 m² apartment was built in 1990, renovated in 2014 and accommodates two adults and a child.
The living room grants access to the covered patio, which offers gorgeous views of the ocean and is furnished with a table and chairs. In the garden, you can enjoy the community pool. Surrounding the pool is a lawn area where you can sun bathe.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a hallway, from where you gain access to all rooms of the apartment. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m), air conditioning and a wardrobe and bathroom with a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. The small kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m), a plasma television and air conditioning. Wireless internet access is available.
The apartment is located right on the ocean in Benalmádena Costa. Just a few steps and you are by the sea, the beach, a supermarket and a restaurant. Along the beach walk, you will find some restaurants and food stalls. In Benalmádena City, about 2.5 km from the flat, you can enjoy the nightlife. It is 1.8 km to an amusement park and a funicular. An aquatic park can be found in Torremolinos (about 5.9 km). The transport from here is outstanding. You can reach the airport in Malaga by train in 20 minutes. Malaga's town centre and the back country are also easily accessible on public transport.
