A short walk leads to Westerland's promenade, which is 4 kilometres long and meets all requirements in terms of gastronomy and shopping. The generously designed flat with 69 square metres extends over 2 levels (1st floor and attic), so arrive and feel at home - that's the maxim here! This bright upper floor flat is ideal for 2-3 people. The hallway leads to the shower room and the stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom with flat screen TV and the living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, 2-burner ceramic hob and dishwasher and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system.
