LA CROIX VALMER: in a private wooded estate with villas, bastides and swimming pool, panoramic view of the port of CAVALAIRE, the Iles d'Hyères and the Maures hills, 2-room flat with terrace and veranda, south-west facing, located in a bastide (only 1st/2nd floor)
Please note: the flat can only accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (or 3 adults).
Living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV area, fully-equipped kitchen (new in April 2019): pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, toaster.... Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture and large awning. Fitted veranda. AIR CONDITIONING and WIFI in every room.
Parking spaces in front of and on either side of the bastide.
Children's swimming pool and paddling pool in the heart of the estate (80 m from the rental property) open to residents from 01 June to 30 September, 7 days a week.
Rental located on the 1st floor accessible by 1 external staircase (22 steps).
Very pleasant surroundings: GASSIN, GRIMAUD, RAMATUELLE, SAINT TROPEZ...... located within a radius of 3 to 15 km.
The large sandy beach at CAVALAIRE (known as the "landing beach") is 3 km long and is a 10-minute drive from the rental property; shuttle bus service available from the centre of LA CROIX VALMER from June to September.
GIGARO beaches 3 km away, also accessible by shuttle bus from the centre of LA CROIX VALMER from June to September.
Numerous walks from the Domaine and from GIGARO (Cap Lardier, etc.).
