Moseltraum

The bright, 60 square metre holiday flat offers space for 4 people. Two double rooms, a large living room with open kitchen offer a pleasant holiday for up to 4 people. The disabled-friendly flat offers you every comfort, from the separate entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, radio, TV, WLAN and much more. The holiday flat is optimally designed for 4 people. It has two bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can of course be put together if required. A cot can be provided if required. Both bedrooms are equipped with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a 90cm shower. The flat has 60 square metres, with the kitchen/living room being the largest room at 27 square metres. All furnishings and the kitchen have been newly purchased. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, cooker, oven, coffee machine and toaster. From every room (even from the WC) you have a marvellous view of the Moselle and the vineyards opposite with their wooded heights. Separate access to the flat is via an entrance hall. Directly in front of the flat there is a terrace of approx. 80 square metres, of which approx. 30 square metres are covered, and a sunbathing lawn of approx. 150 square metres. You can use the terrace furniture and sun loungers and enjoy the marvellous view. There are several car parking spaces available. It should also be noted that the flat is equipped for the disabled and is therefore also suitable for wheelchair users. It has no steps, wide doors, grab handles in the shower (shower tray) and a height-adjustable shower chair. Please also note that babies and small children also count as persons. Over-occupancy is not possible. On request, it may also be possible to arrive on Saturdays or Sundays. If the landlord is unable to meet you in person, the key will be in a key box.
