This cosy flat, located on the first floor of Casa Fallocchio, offers a living room with sofa and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Casa Fallocchio is immersed in the Tuscan countryside and has a large garden. E' suddivisa in cinque spaziosi appartamenti, affittabili singolarmente oppure insieme. Ogni appartamento ha il suo angolo cottura privato ma al piano terra è disponibile anche una grande cucina comune, ben attrezzata. Gli ospiti dell’appartamento BLU potranno utilizzare sia la loro cucina privata sia la grande cucina condivisa al piano terra, dove sono presenti anche la lavatrice, il microonde, il ferro da stiro e altri comfort. Nel giardino sono a disposizione tavoli per pranzare all’aperto nelle giornate estive, mentre la piscina, situata a soli 80 metri dalla casa, regala una splendida vista sulla vallata. Forniamo noi 1 telo a persona per la piscina. Casa Fallocchio fa parte di una fattoria che produce vini ed olio di alta qualità oltre a formaggi di pecora. Durante il soggiorno è possibile visitare la cantina e partecipare gratuitamente a una degustazione dei prodotti. Gli ultimi 2 km per raggiungere la struttura sono su strada sterrata: è quindi necessario essere muniti di automobile.
