The suites are located in a villa and allow you peace and privacy without restrictions.the complete renovation of the residence took place in 2022.
A park-like garden welcomes you with spacious grassy areas as well as cypresses, shrubs and palm trees. A large pergola and an outdoor barbecue invite you to eat and enjoy al fresco dining. Enjoy the beautiful weather on the communal terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and some garden loungers. The view of Mount Athos and the whole of Halkidiki is indescribable. The property is fenced. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The bedroom is furnished with loving attention to detail and has a double bed measuring 1.70 metres in width. In the living area you will find a living room with a small open-plan kitchen. There is space for a third person as there is a sofa bed. There is a satellite LED TV, stereo system and a DVD player. The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. Air conditioning and heating are of course available. WLAN is available free of charge.
You are in a place where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the best Mediterranean climate. With private access to the beach, direct location to the crystal-clear bay with sunrises and sunsets, surrounded by idyllic countryside and several cycling and hiking trails. The ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Would you prefer to enjoy nature rather than water sports such as water skiing or windsurfing? You can still have a wonderful time in the area surrounding your accommodation, mountain biking, cycling tours, hiking, golf, mini golf, bowling, and so on. In general, you can see, hear, smell, taste and feel Greek culture in Halkidiki. When travelling around the peninsula, you can hardly get enough of the visual attractions that the natural landscape has to offer. Green pine forests alternate with golden flat sandy beaches, green meadows with olive and pistachio trees, steep coasts with extensive vineyards. You will be accompanied by the scent of herbs from the lush vegetation, birdsong and fresh, iodised sea air. For history buffs, there are also numerous museums, archaeological sites and artefacts to explore to familiarise you with ancient Greek culture. Take a trip to Kassandra, where the traditional market takes place, to Meteora, to the Pella theatre and open-air concert, to the ancient archaeological site of Olynthos or to the famous cave in Petralona. Also worth a visit is Athitos, a newly awakened traditional stone-built village with cobbled alleyways and marvellous panoramic spots and bathing bays. The town centre is approx. 700 m away on foot for shopping facilities.
