The flat is on the 3rd floor of a house with 7 floors with lift.
lift. The furnishings are cosy . It is only 10 metres to the beach and 10 metres to the bus stop to Benidorm. The living room has air conditioning all year round, summer cold / winter warm, therefore very suitable for wintering. From the balcony you have a marvellous view over the beach, the sea and Benidorm. The Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks are less than 3 kilometres away. A visit with children is a must. An illuminated promenade leads from the house to Benidorm and invites you to take a romantic evening stroll. From here you can then immerse yourself in the nightlife of Benidorm. There is a wide range of dance clubs and discos in Levante Bay. Take a stroll through the shopping arcades and shops near the beach. When you've had enough of everything, return to the quiet La Cala bay.
The beach is fine sandy, the water is clear and shallow for the first 50 metres. Distance from the beach 10 metres. In 10 minutes by car you are in the most beautiful mountain regions with very idyllic excursion destinations. The Benidorm Palace is only about 3 km away and offers a great show programme every evening. Bookable with dinner before the show.
There are also various shopping facilities and restaurants nearby. Sufficient basic medical care is guaranteed. Benidorm has 2 private clinics and a general hospital 2 kilometres away.
Don't forget to visit Aqualandia / Mundomar with its dolphin shows. An experience for your children .
If you are a golfer , you will find several golf courses in the neighbourhood , such as Altea Hills , Oliva and Bon Alba near Alicante . Bedidorm also offers an 18-hole course just 3 kilometres from the house.
Super markets such as Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Mercadoner are within easy reach and the old town of Finestrat is also worth a visit, approx. 8 km away, or a boat trip to the island of La Isla off the beach. Diving school 500 metres away, daily diving trips.
