The semi-detached house is in Epanomi, about 3km from the fishing town of Michaniona. It was built in 1998 and has a sea view.
It measures around 100m². The ground floor of around 55m² has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a fireplace in the living and dining room. A washing machine is available. The first floor has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed, the second with another double bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom and there is also a guest toilet.
The 4000m² site is fenced and therefore accessible via an electric gate.
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
The beach is about 700-800 metres away. It is ten minutes to a bus stop. It is not absolutely essential to hire a car, but it is recommended. The famous holiday town of Chalkidiki is about 30 minutes away by car. Places of interest nearby are the historical town of Thessaloniki (old town, Agora, White Tower) and in the Chalkidiki area the Petralona cave and Afytos. You can combine visiting sights and swimming in the sea on your holiday. The town of Thessaloniki is also accessible on a lovely boat trip. There is a water park for entertainment in the area and there is a well-known shopping centre.
