The host was very attentive. While the place didn't come with some of the things I normally expect from an apartment with a kitchen - like toilet paper, a kettle and pots for cooking (though there was oil, salt and frying pans as well as a working stove!) - the host was able to provide whatever we needed upon request. The apartment is self is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the place is clean. Wifi was also decent. All in all, what made this a good stay was the fact that the host was able to accomodate our many requests. They even held on to our luggage after check out while we climbed the Volcano
Not having some of the essentials upon arrival, but this was remedied fairly quickly. Keep in mind that it is also on the outskirts of town - which might not be suitable for some people, but I think this is reflected in the more affordable price.
