🏡 Good to know / House rules (green version)
• The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
It is particularly suitable for families or respectful groups of friends, with consideration for neighbours, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• The swimming pool is for private use and remains under the full responsibility of the guests.
• For safety reasons and to preserve the facilities, ball games are not permitted in the swimming pool.
• 🐾 For hygiene reasons and to ensure everyone’s comfort, we are unfortunately unable to accept pets (dogs and cats) in the property.
