About this bed and breakfast
This hilltop tiny home is surrounded by oak trees on our gated 5 acre property. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Texas hill country. Conveniently located halfway between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake you can enjoy the amenities that both offer. Less than 10 minutes (approx 5 miles) from Whitewater Amphitheater and the popular tubing on the horseshoe of the Guadalupe River.
The cottage is equipped with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen
2 burner cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer, Keurig single cup coffee maker (coffee provided), toaster, blender, utensils, and table with chairs
Living Room
Loveseat, 50` TV with local channels, DVD player and DVDs, board games, and card games.
Bedroom
32` TV, large wardrobe for your clothes and luggage, queen size bed, extra blankets, pillows, and usb outlets for charging your electronics
Bathroom
Shower, shampoo, body wash, towels, and hairdryer
Outdoors
• Park bench and small table on porch
Hammock
• 2 chairs and table in front of fire column
• Gas fire column (no wood burning fires are allowed due to dry conditions and countywide burn ban)
• 4 Burner (plus side burner) gas grill
