Hope City Bed & Breakfast is a new build that features two rustic and modern style apartments right outside the heart of Marion, Indiana. This is Modern Farmhouse Apartment is 10-12 minutes away from Indiana Wesleyan University, “IWU” & Taylor University is only 20 minutes away from the location. These units are centrally located to be convenient to get to anything needed in 10-15 minutes.
The Apartment features a king size, plush bed and with a master bathroom & stand-alone rain shower.
Welcome to Hope City Farmhouse. Our apartment is locate in a second floor above our garage. For the accommodation of our guests, there is a private entrance with 2 parking spaces. The space is completely private allowing you to feel the comfort and peace you are looking for.
The view is spectacular on the 7 acre wooded lot, often visited by local deer. You would never guess that this gem was hidden right outside of Marion.
A uniquely handcrafted apartment nestled on 7 acres of land. The beautiful landscape is neighboring "Hope City", locally known for community living. This newly-built rustic retreat is the perfect getaway and no more than 45 minutes from Fort Wayne and an hour away from Indy. The location sits right between Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University , which is perfect for parents or family members visiting students. This unit accommodates up to 4 people, due to the memory foam mattress queen-size sofa bed by Lazyboy in the living room.
Return from a day of visits to unwind in front of the flat-screen TV, located steps from a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy resting in a king-sized bed or the queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. The apartments have all the necessities needed for a long term stay including a washer and dryer inside the unit at no additional cost, Keurig Coffee provided complimentary, and Wifi is always customary.
