Modern and Comfortable Home with Countryside Views
This stylish ground-floor house offers a bright and inviting atmosphere with modern furnishings and scenic views of the surrounding landscape.
Inside, the entrance hall includes a separate toilet. The spacious living and dining area features a dining table, flat-screen TV, and large windows that open onto a terrace, filling the space with natural light.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-zone induction hob, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine (Nespresso in some homes).
There are two bedrooms:One with a double bedOne with two single beds (80 × 200 cm each)
The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Heating is provided by central heating, with the option of a cozy gas fireplace in colder months. Air conditioning ensures comfort during warmer days.

Outdoor space: A partly covered terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers.
