The apartment was clean, spacious and as expected - very beautiful apartment.
The host is non responsive!! After calling and texting with my concerns I heard nothing back!
After we arrived and entered the building to see there were people in the accommodation who were wrongly directed there. The code they had for apartment A, where they shouldve been had they not received a message directing them to apartment B(our booking opened the door to apartment B - our apartment ! Security risk!!
We called and messaged the host, along with the other guests and neither of us got a response that night, the next day or even 4 days later as I right this review.
The parking is as nightmare in key west and the overnight options (vital for this business) are not clear or easy to find. The parking opposite only states on their website that it is not overnight, the host did mention, but not clear on the parking lot signage. Street parking is available if you can find a space but not cheap. Nowhere in key west is.
