Welcome to the cozy “Baumgarten” apartment on the second floor of our house on Lärchenwaldstraße 9 in Tegernsee. Accommodating up to four guests, this charming space combines Bavarian character with modern comfort.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), while the living room includes a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) for two additional guests. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy beautiful mountain views—the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening.
The compact kitchen is equipped for everyday needs, including a filter coffee machine, two-burner stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower.
Free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a shared washing machine provide extra convenience. Dogs are welcome (EUR 15 per night). Seven free parking spaces are available directly at the property, with additional free and paid parking options nearby.
