Private room with Fridge - Mini Mansion

The property caretaker was very genial and courteous. I arrived at the perfect time of season; the jasmine flowers out front were in bloom and smelled amazing. The mansion and rooms are amazing and everything was quite clean. The bed and space are outfitted with comfortable soft sheets. The dining table was comfortable to sit at; there's also a handy office area if you need some work space. The bedroom reading light settings and mini-fridge were quite helpful. I really liked the AC and ceiling fan. The neighborhood is nice with walking areas and feels fairly safe at night.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent; it was either too hot or too cold. Written/emailed instructions about how to unlock front door after midnight would be helpful. I needed to get medicine from my car but was locked in and didn't want to wake the property at night in case an alarm was set off out of courtesy. Might want to mention that there is a dog on property. I am allergic to some dogs; fortunately, I'm not apparently allergic to this one; the dog was cool. Parking is on-street only. (Listing said free public parking is available on site) The individual unit could use an internal door lock for privacy/security.

Feels like its just getting started, and a bit rough around the edges. But really great. Couldn't seem to find a spoon, or a hanger.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy and the instructions were clear. The host was kind and communicated well throughout the stay. It was also a quiet and peaceful place which made it easy to relax. I would definitely stay here again!
