All great (location, room, helpfulness and efficiency of front desk staff). Very nice bar. Great interiors. Only issue is very slow and inefficient breakfast service (they may just have been understaffed this day). If you have a schedule to meet, consider breakfasting elsewhere.

Loved my stay at this hotel, it’s not too far from the main station. Although it’s a bit of a walk up and down stairs in the hallway to get to the room, they have assistance with luggage’s. Room was spacious enough and has an old school Italian charm with excellent room facilities. It’s close to the main sights and restaurants, walking home after dinner felt safe enough. Beds were comfy and not too much noise when you’re in the room. Would come back and stay here.

I arrived with 2 broken ribs, an injury sustained in Rome. I want to thank the entire staff for the family like care I received!
Countless ice packs, moving my room so I had no steps. ( and believe me that is a difficult assignment in any hotel )
And just the sincere kindness extended to me.
