About this house rental
The 120 m² holiday home is located between Roskilde Fjord and Isefjord, offering a peaceful base close to water and nature. It accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms and provides plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, a bright kitchen-living area gathers daily activities. The living room is ideal for shared meals and relaxation. On the first floor, a separate TV lounge offers a quiet retreat.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor each have a double bed. A fourth sleeping area is located upstairs. The interior is simple and practical, suitable for families or groups of friends.
The bathroom is spacious, and an outdoor shower with hot water adds a holiday feel. The outdoor shower is closed during winter.
The pool offers refreshment during the summer season and is closed from 1 October to 15 May. A heat pump and wood stove ensure comfortable stays outside peak season.
The surroundings add significantly to the holiday experience. A child-friendly beach is at the end of the road, along with forest trails, small harbours and two fjords perfect for swimming, walking and cycling. Copenhagen is just an hour away, and Frederikssund Station is only 20 minutes from the house.
A local grocery store is one kilometre away, while the harbour offers ice cream, coffee and fresh croissants. Larger shops can be found in Jægerspris and Frederikssund.
From Kulhuse Harbour, you can take the ferry Columbus to Sølager, with easy access to Lynæs and Hundested, known for surfing spots, restaurants and small shops. From Hundested, a ferry goes to Rørvig, which offers mini-golf, markets and a classic summer atmosphere.
An EV charger is available for use at an extra fee. The house is not rented to youth groups, and parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Note: Not for commercial rental.
