A bit hard to say because it seemed like the rooms had been made available before they should have, as renovations were not quite complete. So when we arrived, as the only customers, we had a 10 minute wait for anyone to turn up (the owner was 200 km away), hot water didn’t work at first, no mugs for tea, fridge cord didn’t reach power point, etc. The owner was quite pleasant and accommodating (though he didn’t offer a discount for these shortfalls) and it’s a very good location but it’s hard to know what it will be like once things settle down.
