A little dated however bed was very comfortable and clean . Shower had good water pressure . My two most important things when staying away . Room on small side my was good for me as one person. Walking distance to New Market mall was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The rooms were coomfortable and clean. The breakfast was great considering it was included in the room cost and the location was excellent. The only negative comments... we have are that when we arrived noone was at the desk, we rang the bell multiple times and called the phone (which rang on the desk in front of us) before finding an afterhours number on the wall by the door and calling that. The staff member apologised and said she had been in the kitchen and couldnt hear which is fine but just a suggestion that next time she should take the desk phone with her. I was much more forgiving when I realised it seemed to be a family run operation which I love. The only other negative is that is was so noisy. There was a rubbish truck or something outside the window at 2am that sounded like it was almost in the room, it was incredibly loud and we could hear the conversations of the workers outside.

I'm referring to having to pay an additional $15 for overnight parking at the hotel upon arrival as I prebooked and paid through agoda. When I asked the receptionist about it he said it must be in "fine print" of the booking 🙄 I've never heard of having to pay for parking for any hotel you're staying at? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Other than that, room, comfortable 4/5 cleanliness, 3/5 breakfast 3/5 even though I appreciate the inclusion of breakfast it's hardly a "Continental breakfast" equals false advertising.
