"Le Prat", 3-room apartment 120 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
