Posizione comoda anche se non centralissima. Nel complesso rispecchia pienamente le foto inserite quindi nessuna sorpresa.
Essendo una mansarda risulta molto calda, ottima in inverno, sconsiglio in estate a chi non piace usare i condizionatori, che sono presenti. Da migliorare un pochino l’estetica dei tessili forniti, si nota che è stata arredata con molti pezzi spaiati che si avevano a disposizione. L’ascensore si ferma al piano inferiore, non arriva direttamente al piano dell’appartamento.
