Bem localizado. Móveis novos e bem final.
Janela somente no quarto. Marcamos check in para as 16h. A princípio fomos comunicados que iria atrasar meia hora e acabou atrasando 2hs. Acabamos perdendo a programação do dia.

coffee pods provided. Small supermarket less than 4 mins walk away. Location was very handy for my work. Everywhere in Como is easy to reach ! Apartment was clean and very comfortable and well equipped.
Communication between the representative co-ordinating key collection and Hallidis could have been better. I changed my date of arrival with 4 days notice, but this wasn't communicated to the key holder. However I did arrive on time on the correct day and the key holder did too. He wasn't expecting me to ask for a receipt for the 30 euros late arrival charge which is a bit inconvenient, as this is a work trip and I want to claim it back - as travel arrangements were not my choice. However I hope it will be emailed to me in due course.
