I do like flexability for check in, the key pad on the door for the key etc and I recieved a call earlier in the day as well to confirm arrival time. I have stayed in other apartments in the complex before and knew it would be basic and clean.
The key was attached IN the key box, was worried that someone might know the code and come in at night.
There is only one flat pillow per person.
There was no kettle (but they left tea and coffee facilities sachets).
The apartment was cold when we got in so had to put all the heaters on and the wifi code (on the fridge) was not obvious.
The TV is useless as not connected to said wifi so unless you connect to your own PC or hard drive assume no TV.
