The apartment and location were very nice.

The apartment was rented for a whole family that came from other side of the world and the owner was contacted before departure for obtaining check in details and directions and the family arrived in Rome with no response. The person was contacted repeatedly and only after a lot of insistence he was reached. After the owner was contacted he did not provide any details about the check in unless the city tax was paid in advance through some link. The family had to wait somewhere in the city because no details were to be shared until the payment was done. This was a problem because the credit cards did not work and there was no option to pay the money in cash or some other guest friendly type of attitude. Very rude the fact that it was almost like a threat that it had to be done that way otherwise no chance to check in. Imagine a family stranded at some random place only because of some city tax payment. Hot water was really a problem. It ran out very quickly and people had to shower with cold water in a cold weather. The problem was reported to the owner but he did nothing about it.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i przystanków autobusowych. W pobliżu restauracje i bary. Odległość od centrum to około 9,5 godziny jazdy. Po kontakcie z personelem można było zostawić bagaże wcześniej.

Na sześć osób brakowało trochę naczyń. Z wyposażenia brakowało żelazka i zmywarki. Po kontakcie z właścicielem żelazko zostało dostarczone nowe.

Apartament jest świetny. Lokalizacja również jest świetna. Personel był zawsze dostępny i pomocny w razie jakichkolwiek pytań. Gorąco polecam. Dziękujemy bardzo, na pewno wrócimy.
