Guests will have access to the entire studio. The studio is attached to the main home, which could be rented or occupied by the home owner, but there is no shared spaces. Guests will have 1-parking spot on premises.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>Must be accompanied at all times or kenneled (not left to bark)
>Guest pays for any damages to structure/carpet

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

Short weekend stay. In the area for family function and wanted to walk the strand in the mornings. Perfect! Coffee steps away. Also next door, Mexican food frequented by locals, and a new pasta place, Smashed Wagyu Pasta.I had some difficulty understanding where to park based on directions (maybe just me) and needed additional info for door lock, but all resolved with quick response.Clean and comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen, but seemed to have what you'd need to cook meals. On a major thoroughfare, but that's why it's got so much nearby. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
