About this house rental
The 80 m² detached Frisian house with garden accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and guest WC.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and welcoming thanks to large windows and terrace doors facing south and west towards the garden.
The well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, as well as a coffee and Senseo pad machine for coffee and espresso.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the other offers 2 single beds, each with a pull-out bed, plus a wardrobe.
Bed linen and towels are available by arrangement for an extra fee.
There are 6 beds in total. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (from 2 years old). Children under 2 stay free; please bring your own travel cots for them, as no extra beds are provided.
High-speed Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, underfloor heating in the living area, ventilation system, washing machine, and a high chair are available.
The parking space at the house has a wallbox, which can be used by arrangement.
In the garden shed, where garden furniture and bins are stored, you can keep your bicycles dry and secure.
Events and pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
The house is quietly located in the Süderhafen district on the southern outer dike of the Nordstrand peninsula. A playground is in the nearby residential area.
The Engel Mill with café is 100 m south; the outer dike with marina and swimming area is 200 m away. There is a bus connection at Engel Mill, ideal for trips to the islands and mainland.
Please leave the house clean at the end of your stay and clean dishes and appliances.
