Chalet le Tricouni is a beautiful chalet located in the sought-after Plaine des Praz area of the Chamonix valley, just a short distance from the Flégère cable car and the Brévent/Flégère ski area. With 3 ensuite bedrooms plus an additional snug with a sofa bed, the chalet comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends.
The heart of the chalet is its large open-plan living and dining area, where you can enjoy relaxed evenings by the open fireplace or gather around the dining table with family and friends. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered holiday, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
On the lower floor, the snug provides an extra space to unwind, perfect as a TV room, a quiet reading corner, or as an additional bedroom thanks to its sofa bed.
The chalet's living space opens onto a balcony with stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif and leads down to the private garden. The garden is an inviting place for families, whether it's building snowmen in winter or enjoying a summer BBQ. A beautiful pavilion provides covered seating for 8-12 people so you can make the most of the garden in any weather. For those seeking a little extra relaxation, a traditional Nordic bath is available in the garden (at an additional cost of 250€).
Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and direct access to the garden. The two additional bedrooms can be set up either as king beds or twin beds, offering flexibility for groups.
Additional amenities include outdoor parking for two cars, a ski room (also suitable for bikes in summer), washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, and plenty of space to relax after a day in the mountains.
