Perfect for relaxing between the sea and the vibrant colors of the Sorrento Coast, this holiday home on Via San Vito 22 combines contemporary design and authentic Italian warmth.
Recently renovated, the apartment unfolds over two levels: a cozy double bedroom and an intimate single mezzanine room provide the perfect balance of comfort and style, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and TV, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook your favorite meals with local ingredients.
Outside, the highlight of the property: a spacious furnished terrace with sun loungers, a table, umbrella, and a semi-rigid jacuzzi tub, where you can unwind under the Mediterranean sky. High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout make every stay even more enjoyable.
Located just 10 minutes on foot from the town center (slightly uphill), Grazy Home is well connected to the Circumvesuviana train and main attractions along the coast. The local “Circolare Sinistra” bus stops near Conad San Vito supermarket, a short walk from the apartment. For those arriving by car, private parking is available on request (€15 per day, about 5 minutes away).
