L'Eterle - Grand chalet avec terrasse et jardin

Cocoonr offers this charming 180 m² chalet, which can accommodate up to 12 guests, for rent in Les Contamines-Montjoie, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a lovely 65 m² living room (with stove, not to be used in the presence of young children), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower or bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 384 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

1st floor
- Large, light-filled 65 m² living room with comfortable lounge area, TV, large dining table and access to the outside. Functional wood-burning stove
- Modern open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower, washbasin and WC)

2ᵉ floor
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds, joined to form a double bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 5: with two single beds, joined to form a double bed (180x200) and its en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin
- TV corner with sofa bed for 2, ideal for children or last-minute guests

Outside
- A beautiful 384 m² private, south-facing, unfenced garden
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The chalet is ideally located in Les Contamines-Montjoie, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Activities :
- Les Contamines Montjoie ski area (the ski slopes are located 500 m from the accommodation, and are open from mid-December to mid-April)
- Biathlon Winter and summer
- Parc Loisir du Pontet and its activities (tree climbing, pony trekking, trampoline, golf practice...)
- Walks to the various refuges

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the main entrance (4 spaces).

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Gervais Le Fayet, about 20 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approx. 1h15 away

- The garage is not part of the rental and therefore cannot be used
