It's a nice sized house and presented nicely, lovely decoration and colour coordinating.
There's a washing machine but no dishwasher
Fairly quiet and was in a good location for what we needed.
The beds were not comfortable, nor the pillows. There are day and night blinds at the bedroom windows but they're not blackout ones and there's street lights outside ... so bring an eye mask if you need to sleep in the dark!
It's dog friendly but not clear when booking that you have to pay £20 per night for dogs. They'll see you on the ring doorbell if you don't do this and then hassle you all evening for the £20, even when it was paid as soon as it was requested.
Also, the garden is not secure and there is an opening in the fence that leads directly down to the road with no gate or anything. Luckily my dogs don't run/attempt to escape but it could've been dangerous if they did!!
There's also a fence panel missing so that goes straight into the neighbors garden, there was a rug thrown out on the patio too in a heap.
