Located west of the collective Les Aiguilles, it enjoys generous sunshine in the afternoon and spectacular sunsets on the peaks.Ideally placed directly on the Comborcière track, it offers ski access to the feet: a few minutes to reach the snow front, and the return to the chalet is also ski toe.Upon arrival, guests have four covered parking spaces, ensuring comfort and practicality. A lift allows direct access to common areas, including the gym and the collective ski room equipped with shoe dryers, with immediate exit to the runway.The first level of the chalet is entirely dedicated to the night part. There are three double bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, as well as two dormitories of four beds (oversized beds 90x200), which share a modern and functional bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as 2 independent toilets, complete this floor.On the upper floor, guests discover a large living room under a structure, bathed in light thanks to its south facing exposure. The living room is structured around a large friendly table, ideal for warm meals with family or friends. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is distinguished by its functionality and friendly spirit. From this space, a large west terrace welcomes a panoramic Jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying the last rays of the sun facing the mountains.
