The check-in process was very smooth - I received all the instructions via WhatsApp on the day of arrival, which made everything easy and stress-free. At one point I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed, but the staff reacted immediately and provided fresh bed linen, which I really appreciated.
There’s no option for luggage storage if you have a late flight, but you can easily find this service at local bike rental shops around the city. Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.
