Accommodation description:
This chalet combines modern living quality with alpine charm. The open-plan kitchen and bright living area with TV create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Two bedrooms with double beds and an additional sleeping alcove with adjoining gallery offer flexible sleeping options - ideal for families. The terrace and balcony enhance the living experience. Sauna and washing machine are available for communal use and increase comfort

The chalet is located in a picturesque Alpine region that will delight you at any time of year. In summer, wide alpine meadows, clear streams and numerous hiking trails await you in the immediate vicinity. In winter, guests benefit from several easily accessible ski areas in the region: family-friendly pistes, a variety of downhill runs, ski schools and safe winter hiking trails ensure a varied experience. Cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs are also typical of the area. Despite the quiet location, you will find shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities within a short distance - ideal for a comfortable holiday close to nature

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
