Welcome to our private guest suite, located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. We are located in scenic Leicester, ~ a 20 minute drive to Asheville. The suite has its own entrance and a private patio with outdoor seating, offering a peaceful place to relax after a day out. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a dining area—a comfortable setup that’s great for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Details:
The guest suite is a fully separate space with no shared interior areas, located on the lower level of our home. It includes a comfortable living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or spending time together.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate. You’ll also find cups, plates, silverware, and basic cooking utensils for simple meals.
Each of the three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen) has cozy bedding and plenty of storage, making the suite a good fit for families, couples, or small groups. We can provide a bassinet on request. Please note that the 3rd bedroom with the desk does not have a window.
We’ve added insulation for privacy, though you may occasionally hear us upstairs. The suite has heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fast Wi-Fi, so you’ll stay comfortable in any season.
Guests have free parking for up to two cars, and well-behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee. Whether you’re here for a short visit or a longer stay, the space is designed to be private, practical, and welcoming.
