This location was perfect for a stop on the way home from a trip to Tennessee. Value was good and the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Love having the digital key and online check-in!
Although I had a digital key and didn't really need to check in, I needed a key for my wife. Service was slow at the desk and I gave up, returning later to get it. This made me extra glad I had a digital key. Room 103: The toilet seat shifts when sitting on it...needs tightening down. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The handle in the shower had a steady leak which leads to pink mold in the bottom of the shower. I can't imagine house keeping has missed the empty soap and such a noticeable leak or the mold. I wanted to tell the desk about all these issues when checking out but there was no one at the desk and I am assuming that two employees were sitting in the lobby playing on their phones. I just dropped my key and left.
