You will be charmed by this independent house with its pretty flowery and enclosed grounds. The house is ideally located to explore the Massif du Sancy. Many activities nearby will satisfy young and old. Hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata for the more athletic. La Bourboule and Mont Dore for activities: swimming pool, Fenestre park, tree climbing, summer tobogganing, zip line. Exceptional natural sites such as the Banne d'Ordanche which is a volcanic peak in the shape of a "horn". For those who simply need rest, greenery, you will appreciate the garden, relaxing on the deckchairs or preparing a good barbecue to enjoy with the family. On the ground floor of the house: large living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room. 3 steps then give access to the corridor which serves a toilet, a shower room and two bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with two 90 beds. The rooms were renovated in 2023! The heating is electric and is billed according to consumption.
