When you step outside you will find yourself nestled on three private acres at the end of a quiet gravel road. This fully fenced property backs up to serene woods, offering a secluded getaway while still being conveniently located near Fern Ridge Lake. While there’s no direct lake access, you’re just a short 10-15 minute drive from three different boat launches, making it easy to get out on the water. It is not a short walk to the lake FYI.
With a large driveway and plenty of parking, there’s ample space for trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles. The expansive yard is perfect for lawn games like cornhole, and the fully paved path from the front of the home to the backyard ensures easy accessibility. Enjoy the fresh air from one of three covered patio areas or step out onto the deck just off the lawn. A Few Things to Note
No access to the second floor – this is the host’s private residence.
Garage & outbuildings are off-limits to guests.
Enjoy a peaceful stay with plenty of room to spread out, cook, and make memories. Whether you’re here for a quiet retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this home is the perfect setting!
The host resides on the second floor but will maintain minimal to no contact to ensure your privacy throughout your stay. Host will need to exit the second floor through the secondary front door.
Due to the size of the property and the live outdoor plants and lawn with a sprinkler system, the host may be onsite for occasional maintenance. However, your comfort and privacy are a top priority. Arrangements will be made prior to arrival to arrange best time for outdoor home maintenance.

Enjoy a pet-free downstairs space, with the exception of the host’s friendly goldendoodle, who enjoys the first floor when there are no guests. While the host does have cats in their private upstairs residence, they never enter the guest area and never come downstairs.
