nice apartment - newly renovated. The building in general seems to be renovated, digital unlocking of the entrances to the building and the apartment). We had apartment 10 - 1 bed room with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower quite spacious and 1 living area with kitchen. all newly renovated. The apartment is located like 15 min walk from city center, in a quiet area and with some groceries shops in the close proximity (2 min walk - Coop Supermarkt Lugano Viganello). the check in is done all online (with selfie needed with ID) and then you can open the doors online. the kitchen is equiped for some normal stuff - so you can cook easily some basic stuff, if you want. Nespresso coffee machine available. In general - we liked it and it is a good value for the money that we paid.

not much that we can complain about. what I do not like is the mandatory selfie that you need to upload for the check in - including for children. Not sure where these pictures are stored and for how long.

Might deserve a bit more equipment such as a boiler to make tea.
