Within walking distance of the largest ski resort north of the Alps, the Winterberg ski lift carousel, as well as the bobsleigh track and the Kappe adventure mountain with its bike park, summer toboggan run and panoramic bridge, the Winterberg Apartment 21139 is quietly located and modernly furnished.
This apartment has a total living space of approx. 45 m², which is divided into a living-dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide box spring bed, another bedroom with a loft bed – the lower level of which is 1.40 m wide and the upper level 1 m wide – (this room does not have a window that can be opened!) a shower room and a covered balcony. There is also a television in the living room.
Each room has an infrared radiator for heating.
Skis can be stored in the ski storage room in front of the stairwell. There is a separate area in the underground car park for bicycles.
This apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park, which, however, only has a height of 1.90 m.
Countless hiking trails start right in front of the house, and a ski rental shop is located approx. 200 m away, directly at the Kappe ski area. The centre of Winterberg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
