This calm, modern apartment blends elegant design with everyday comfort in a peaceful West London location. The bright open-plan layout includes a relaxing living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (refurbished in 2025) with dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable double bed and space for a travel cot (for infants under 2). Bedroom 2 has a small double bed and a foldable desk and chair. A folding single bed can be added in either Bedroom 2 or the living area upon request for separate sleeping arrangements. Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 4 guests plus 1 infant, in compliance with local housing standards.
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV (use your own streaming accounts), and access to the leafy communal gardens. A washer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are included for longer stays. Two private parking spaces are available within the secure gated compound — a rare bonus in London.
Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, and the communal gardens. Two gated parking spaces are reserved exclusively for your stay.
Entry is secure and simple:
-Collect keys from a nearby partner location on Chiswick High Road (open 06:30–22:00) using a unique code.
-Use the smart fob to access the gated entrance, a key for the building, and a door code for the flat.
-Check-in is from 3:00 pm (6:00 pm for bookings made within 48 hours of arrival). The latest check-in is 10:30 pm. Late arrivals after this time must be pre-arranged and may require a host-accompanied check-in or key delivery for a £150 service fee (subject to availability).
-Check-out is by 10:00 am, and keys must be returned to the same location by 10:30 am. A £200 fee applies for late or unreturned keys.
-The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs only (no lift).

Minimum Stay:
-Minimum stay is 28 nights. Stays shorter than 28 nights are not permitted under lease and legal requirements.

-Early check-in or late check-out is only available by booking the night before or after your stay.
